Reservation Policy

Full Settlement of bill during Checking out. Reservation will be confirmed only after receiving advance. Special discount on Corporate-Group / Students / Excursion. The intending guests (individual, family, group, corporate, etc.) in advance may book the room(s) . After obtaining the occupancy position on the specified date, the advance amount @50% is to be deposited. In this regard, the guest(s) or their representative may visit to our booking office in Siliguri or authorised agent(s) or contact our office over phone/ through e-mail. We would reciprocate with our response immediately. The advance money can be deposited in cash or deposit in our Bank account as specified in our reply. 

Pls note : IF CANCELLED 15 DAYS BEFORE CHECK IN DATE, NO REFUND, CAN BE RESCHEDULED. NO REFUND IN CASE OF NO SHOW OR EARLY CHECK OUT WITHIN 15 DAYS CHK IN, NO RESCHEDULE / NO REFUND.
